Sarah Sudheimer

Sarah Sudheimer.jpgSarah earned her B.S. from James Madison University in 2010 and her M.S.Ed from Old Dominion University in 2013 with a focus in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Her master's thesis involved biomechanical research with the use of orthotics in the prevention of knee osteoarthritis. She then received her DPT from the University of St Augustine in 2015. Since graduating she has achieved her Manual Therapy Certification and taken courses to pursue her Women's Health Clinical Specialist certification.

Sarah has treated a broad range of patients of all ages with different orthopaedic related injuries. She is mostly passionate about pelvic floor rehabilitation, particularly with pregnancy and postpartum. She also enjoys teaching low impact aerobics with First Coast. In her spare time she enjoys time with her family, going to the beach, working out, and playing tennis.
